General Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if you're returning TVs, Clothing items, Baby items, or if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Just visit our online Returns Center, and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.

5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Returns Center to request a replacement.
